We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, but due to the consumable nature of our products, returns are generally accepted only for items that arrive damaged or defective. If you encounter an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate an exchange or refund.

Return Process

    Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for the next steps.

    Refund or Replacement

    After we verify the claim, we will either ship a replacement of your 5-hour ENERGY products or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
